Do Not Let Your Fears Predominate!

There is no reason to live and no limit to your misery if you let your fears predominate.

Or, even better, to quote President Franklin Delano Roosevelt

"Let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself - nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat to advance."

Fear creates more damage. Terror does not help a tough situation.
